Stone & Lea’s Orange Marmalade is uniquely handmade using seasonal Australian grown Navel oranges, packed full of rind thinly sliced and slow cooked until soft. With just two ingredients, it is made with love peeling and slicing the rind, including individually segmenting each orange by hand only with a knife. By using this traditional technique we have satisfied lots of traditional Marmalade lovers, and converted many who did not realise how good handmade preserves can be! Using the Navel oranges makes it a sweeter taste while the rind still gives it a mild bitterness but only available while at their best in season around June – November so don’t miss out!
